I saw with interest the Gold 74 Firebird on the site. I owned this car in 1994 (I strongly believe). I sold it because of a horrible "bump steer" problem it had and traded it on an 82 Camaro from a dealer in Nundah. They got $12,000 for it around 1 year later. The car was bought from Supercars for $15,000, before the site was Brisbane Street Machines. The car ran a 403 motor, but the VIN indicated the car originally had a 350. Although the car looks like a Formula 400 from a distance, it is in fact a Firebird Esprit. Lovely interior re-trim and lovely paint.
I have photos of the car from the year I owned it. I'd love to know where it is now.
